WHY DO I KEEP READING ANGSTY LOVE?! It literally makes me cry! I adored this and I loved how he was counting down his precious moments with her and how he felt proud. I love that even through his pain he can commend her ever present strength and tenacity. Great!

Dirty! lol. Someone was inspired by 'things you can't do on Colonial One' idea...

Author's Response: Heh, play pyramid and other things!

I'm so glad you also noticed the look of pride and love on Bill's face when Laura pronounced the status of Sickbay. Just one of the subtle moments that defined them as characters and as a couple.

Lovely.

Kindest regards,
ljd

Author's Response: The whole thing with Bill's face in that moment, and then tiny, frail Laura in sickbay pumping herself full of the drugs that are both keeping her on her feet, and killing her faster, makes me tear up just as much as their end does. rnrnThank you :)

This gave me a good chuckle!
I remember reading where MM said that if Adama & Roslin had met on Caprica, pre-attacks, they never would have gotten together...

Author's Response: Heh, I agree with her. I think they were soulmates, but I think that it took the ends of the worlds and being forced into close proximity and into working together, and into being the people they had to be to do those jobs, to enable them to fall in love. I think if they'd met on Caprica, there might have been a certain amount of physical attraction, but they would never have taken the time to get to know each other, or perhaps not even been the people they needed to be in order to take it any further than that. Which I kinda love.

I have something in my throat when I read these lines. It looks like what I had when I saw ..... Daybreak

Author's Response: They're gorgeous lines, aren't they? And sum up such beautiful images. I wish I'd written them!

I always thought Baltar got off too easily so this makes me happy. Interesting perspective in the blink of an eye.

Kindest regards,
ljd

Author's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Laughter to tears for your audience at the speed of typing. This is brilliant and beautiful.

It's a keeper.

Kindest regards,
ljd

Author's Response: Thank you! I can hardly take any credit since none of them are my lines, but I loved the idea of trying to sum up the entirety of Laura and Bill's relationship in so few words.
