Nice. I love the angst. I really liked this poetic sentence: "as her hair fell around her face in the fire-light, it had grown since he had last seen her - deepened its colour to contrast against the bland landscape". I was a little confused about the word "occupation". I first thought it was the occupation of the cylons on the planet (like using the word in war) and not the RTF occupying the planet. I can really feel the gray of the planet as you describe it and the warm colors inside her tent. Thank you!
