Ouch...so beautiful and so hurting, the way they try to heal themselves and each other, knowing they've got such a short time to do it in. So sad they couldn't take all the time they deserved, but at least they get what they need for those few days.Bill's resolve in the face of his helplessness to make this go away is wrenching. Lovely!

Wow this was heart breakingly beautiful. It showed so much of the pain and angst of the return from NC and the tentative agreement between the two to keep the questions at bay until Laura was ready to talk about it. Excellent job.
